Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles … Part Two

by bhealthy on April 12, 2011
Dip them in melted chocolate, of course!

My “double broiler”

I used the toothpick method for dipping courtesy of Emily

The first few were a little messier than anticipated

Unfortunately, there was a casualty that ended up with Jack being put in his crate (which prevented him from eating the chocolate that was all over the kitchen floor!)
The end result was worth it (though it was quite an ordeal to clean up melted chocolate from the walls to the garbage can).

How is your week starting off?

What is your favorite Spring Time/Easter Dessert ?

I am traveling again today, it started to wear on me the end of last week I think. I love my job but  thankfully today is just a day trip, so I get to sleep in my own bed!

My work week hasn’t started because of the flu that’s going around my firm. No one’s been in!

Double chocolate cookie dough – can’t really go wrong! And its better for the environment since there’s no baking involved, so you can eat twice as much without feeling guilty:)

yea, i can see how covering these delicious treats in chocolate can only improve their awesomeness!
In fact I froze a few from when I made them a little while ago and i had 2 last night, there are still a few left, maybe i should drown them in chocolate, or just make a whole new batch… ya know whatever works :)
