Being Healthier

So I had to go to sleep after baking the bread for ~1 hour and cleaning up, etc. on Sunday.  I didn’t finish these bad boys till yesterday. Above shows filling the banana bread with the banana chocolate chip filling. I decided to individually wrap them as if they were ice cream sandwiches and for functional reasons too!

After wrapping, I placed them back in the freezer overnight but I had to try one, for quality assurance purposes (obviously).
