Butterflies and Working Out Wednesday
I’ve been nonstop this entire month it seems and not slowing down at all! I’ve got work travel this week that I am excited about. I have said multiple times that I thought I was done with work travel but I’ve been proven wrong! I’ve got vacation travel soon after and then more work travel to a conference…. One perk of this travel is that I am getting to see places that I’ve been dreaming about for years AND I get to be there for my BIRTHDAY! Don’t worry I will keep posting.

I’m oddly similar to Swanky, I love gray. It seems melodramatic but I like it! I think I like black and white photos so much because they are essentially gray… which is ironic.

- What wizzes you off?
Ha, wizzes. When I am sitting at a stoplight that turns green and the drivers in front of me are not paying attention and never accelerate causing me to sit through another round of the light due to their complete lack of attentive driving. It is the time that I cannot back that wizzes me off and the fact that no one seems to understand that driving a motor vehicle is a responsibility and potentially life-threatening act!
- When you’re upset you..
Well, when I’m frustrated- I usually call my sister and have a few moments of venting. Nothing helps like talking it out. Sometimes I cry, if necessary.

I am allergic to most animals. Oh..fish. I don’t own any though.

Can’t decided. It’s black… It’s white…the combination is gray…. hmmm
- Your biggest fear
Heights ? Shaky Stairs

I’m pretty modest… I guess, my eyes

Coffee (Starbucks or from my Kuerig). Chocolate. Wine. Dare I admit this, but, Sugar Free Red Bull too. Oh my gosh, my secret is out. I occasionally need an energy boost and sometimes it works better than coffee without as much caffeine plus extra B vitamins. Other guilty pleasures include trashy magazines, reading blogs, pretty much anything that is worth a little indulgence. I try to not ever deprive myself so that nothing is actually guilt-enducing. Enjoy Life!

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!
Wednesdays are my most busy day of every week. Here are the highlights:
Friday Sept. 2 – 12.5 mile run. It was hot. It was sweaty. I had stomach issues. 1 hour 31 minutes.
Tuesday Sept. 6- 4 mile trail run! It was cool, it was breezy, I had the best time. ~ 30-40 minutes
Wednesday Sept. 7th- Rest
Thursday Sept. 8th- Strength: Chest Shoulders Triceps, Elliptical
Friday Sept. 9th- Hot Yoga
Weekly Total Mileage: 16.5
Saturday Sept. 10th Strength- New exercises for Back, Biceps and Quads!! I added balancing on a Bosu and Cardio- Elliptical
Sunday Sept. 11th – 8 mile run
Monday Sept. 12th- Hot Yoga
Tuesday Sept. 13th- Rest. My knees are starting to gripe at me.
Today! Wednesday Sept. 14th- Strength – Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Hammies
Thursday Sept. 15th- Rest/Travel
Friday Sept. 16th- don’t know yet….
Saturday- 14 mile run long and easy !
Sunday- Hot Yoga
Monday – Vacation (after a long day at work!)
What should I do for exercise on Friday Sept. 16th ?
