VLOG #1- Mango and Kiwi
Good Morning Readers! Last week I posted a Recipe of The Week for Simple Glazed Salmon. We paired it with a Kiwi Mango chutney, which was also fantastic! I thought I’d share how I have learned how to cut mango and kiwi in a special post this morning- My first attempt at a VLOG.
So now that you know how to cut mango and kiwi, here is the recipe for that chutney again:

Kiwi Mango Chutney
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced, peeled mango
- 1/2 cup diced, peeled kiwifruit
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients
- Serve
Kiwi provides as much potassium as bananas actually, and they also contain a hefty dose of Vitamin C, fiber, flavanoids, and phytonutrients. Their black seeds are very similar to chia seeds, when crushed they make an omega-3 rich oil.
Mango is also rich in Vitamin C and fiber too. The Vitamin E present in mangoes is anywhere from to 2.3 to 3 mg of Vitamin E per mango! Mangoes are thought to improve digestion, reduce LDL cholesterol and help clear clogged pores.
Let me know what you think of the VLOG !!!?? Like I said, first attempt.
